The new AskMN WJ group is intended to bring together members in the community with similar interests in virtual reference, digital reference, online reference services, online information services, whatever you prefer to call it. I hope this can be a place where you can bring ideas, information, and questions to the table about online reference services, cooperative services, and specifically THIS statewide cooperative service - how it works, why it exists, what are the benefits to patrons, libraries, and staff, what do I need to do to participate, what if I don't want to participate - and many other topics! Hopefully, by sharing information it will strengthen the support and understanding of what AskMN is all about and help AskMN to continue to grow.
